The Sea Change Villas offer luxury beachfront accommodation designed to provide its guests with privacy, relaxation and romance. The retreat is located on the southern side of Rarotonga, nestled on the shores of stunning Titikaveka lagoon, known for its white sandy beaches and beautiful azure lagoon, perfect for safe swimming, snorkelling and kayaking.

The resort features villas in three categories - Beachfront Villas, Lagoon Villas and Lagoon Executive Villas - all offering views to the lagoon and all available in both one and two bedroom options. All villas have four poster king beds adorned with gauze curtaining, spacious ensuite bathrooms with double showers and pedestal basins, lounge areas with home theatre system, fully equipped kitchens, patios and private fresh water swimming pools.

Beachfront Villas are located on absolute beachfront; Lagoon View Villas are set amongst luxuriant tropical gardens only seventy footsteps to the white coral sands of the lagoon and the two-storey Lagoon View Executive Villas are located on a gentle rise behind the Lagoon View Villas. Lagoon View Executive Villas only come with two bedrooms and also feature a games room downstairs.

There is no restaurant on-site; however, the villas are fully self-contained and a private chef can be arranged to cook a meal for you in your villa. Alternatively, many eateries can be found close to the Sea Change.
