• At Bridge & Wickers, our aim is to be the best tour operator (as reflected in us receiving four OZCars at the 2010 Tourism Australia Awards including Travel company of the Year), offering the best service to our clients who are looking for the specialist advice essential when planning your long-haul holiday. You'll find our expert sales consultants to be friendly, knowledgable and flexible - prepared to go that extra mile to ensure you have the best holiday at the best price without compromising on the experience.
   
• Unlike many companies, we do not accept any payment from hoteliers in return for featuring them in our brochure. Each is selected purely on merit, with several chosen for their commitment to protecting the environment. Our selection also reflects our personal preference for places with character or architectural merit, and for properties where the owners and managers like to engage with their guests. Of course, we also put a high premium on location.
   
• All clients travel with contact details for the local ground agents and other suppliers in case they encounter any problems while travelling.
  
  
• Not only are we independently-owned and managed but there really is a Bridge (Jerry) and a Wickers (David) who are always available to respond personally to your comments.
   
• Our sales consultants have both boundless enthusiasm and an unrivalled depth of knowledge about the countries we promote and continue to travel extensively throughout the region. All clients have the direct telephone numbers of their individual consultant (and we do not use premium numbers).
   
• Our suggested itineraries are meant to inspire, not necessarily to be booked as they stand. We are more than happy to design an itinerary to incorporate any particular experiences or accommodation that our clients request. Just one call to your consultant is all that’s need to discuss alternative ideas.
   
• Your money is safe. Bridge & Wickers is fully bonded by the Civil Aviation Authority (Atol) and is a member of both ABTA (Association of British Travel Agents) and AITO (Association of Independent Tour Operators).
