All clients have the direct telephone numbers of their personal consultant (and we do not use premium numbers) throughout the booking process.
Not only are we independently-owned and managed but there really is a Bridge (Jerry) and a Wickers (David) who are always available to respond personally to your comments.
We offer our clients 100 percent financial security. Bridge & Wickers is fully bonded with an ATOL licence (issued by the CAA) and we belong both to ABTA (the Association of British Travel Agents) and AITO (the Association of Independent Tour Operators).
Each of our hotels is selected purely on merit, with many chosen for their commitment to sustainable tourism. As well as location, our selection also reflects our personal preference for places with character or architectural merit, and for properties where the owners and managers like to engage with their guests.
We use the best scheduled airlines and, as IATA (the International Airline Transport Authority) licence holders, can secure highly competitive airfares in all classes of travel
