At the Treehops Restaurant dine from a seasonal menu featuring modern dishes alongside traditional favourites, accompanied by an excellent wine list. Alternatively you can enjoy the spectacular views from the Mount George Look Out as you enjoy a gourmet hamper. More fantastic views are to be had from the Observatory Deck where casual snacks and beverages are served throughout the day, and which in the evening makes the perfect location for after-dinner stargazing. For the ultimate indulgence Eaglereach can provide a chef for personal in-lodge catering. The Yackatoon Bar is open every evening with a roaring wood fire in winter or a/c in summer so you can relax with a cocktail, enjoy a beer or just curl up with your favorite coffee. And of course no Hunter Valley experience is complete without sampling the local wines; Eaglereach offers a wine tasting prior to dinner every Friday.
