"We had a lovely holiday with the help of MR DAVID MARRIOT. He was kindness itself and very considerate and helped us book to the finest detail so that we did not have to, for example, queue to pay for ferries. The Hotel choice of the Four Seasons in Vancouver was first class with a nice room and situation and staff who were nicer and more attentive than at other hotels we have stayed at. For example, the receptionist showed us to the lift and the man who brought the cases to the room showed us the fire escape. A first for us but a very nice touch.The Car hire was excellent with a large safe feeling Dodge vehicle.

We put our trust in Jamie's whaling station in Tofino and had two whale watching trips, two bear watches, one sunset cruise, and two kayaking trips.
We were able to upgrade to BA club class for the journey home so were able to round off a good week with a good sleep.
As to the service from your company we did enjoy the more personal approach from B and W. We liked the use of the web and the follow up illlustrated hard copy with good advice but not over pushy. The wallet sent before the holiday was a nice touch as was the follow up when we got back.

We shall certainly use you again."
