With a car for starters, since public transport is thin on the ground, and a good map….then start ticking off the interesting neighbourhoods. The City of Angels is like nowhere else on earth, which is why it's such a magnet for celebrities, not to mention those wannabes (every waiter is an actor, every shop assistant has a script they're hoping to sell). Love it or loathe it, but do it, hopefully under those ice blue cloudless Californian skies.
