'Now that the cases are unpacked and the jetlag's finally worn off, we'd just like to say a massive thank you to you and your colleagues for arranging everything so very well for us during our recent trip down under.  
 
We truly had the holiday of a lifetime had hurtling around Hong Kong, Australia and New Zealand looking up old friends.  It truly was an eye-opener and an absolute education from start to finish.   Hong Kong was spectacular, Sydney was as marvellous as I remembered it and New Zealand was like nothing we'd ever experienced.   We loved Melbourne and our week on the beach at Port Douglas was sensational.   Ollie and I went fishing most days at first light for a couple of hours, then back for breakfast and on out for the day, exploring the Daintree rainforest or a trip out to the Barrier Reef.   Life genuinely doesn't get much better than that.  
 
The flights all worked well, we even arrived home with the same amount of luggage we left with!   We were also lucky enough to be upgraded to full business class for the trip from Hong Kong down to Sydney.
 
Everything worked absolutely perfectly from start to finish, which I'm sure was down to your expertise and knowledge.   Thanks once again and please thank your team at B&W there for us as well.   Very well done!'

"I am happy to say we definitely had a fantastic time in Australia. We were very impressed by the friendliness of people and the high service levels we experienced in restaurants and shops

We were very pleased with our choice of Tropical North Queensland and New South Wales. I think our abiding memory will be the birdlife and wildlife in both regions. And it was especially thrilling when we saw our first wild kangaroo. It was also amazing at Rose Gums to look out onto the bottom of the valley and see all the sulphur-crested cockatoos. Sometimes we'd have to pinch ourselves!"
