Making a booking with Bridge & Wickers

When you look at our website you will be able both to look at individual destinations or search by the sort of experiences that interest you. Either way you will find a number of suggested itineraries which are meant to inspire, to give you an idea of possibilities, not necessarily to be booked as they stand.

When you’ve had time to consider this initial proposal we would be more than happy to discuss any changes or adjustments and encourage you to take full advantage of the first hand knowledge that our consultants have on the destination, including the choice of accommodation and activities along the way.

Nothing is finalised at this stage. Only when you are completely happy with the itinerary would we then ask you to complete a booking form and let us have a 20 percent deposit which we will need to secure all the arrangements, including the flights (in some cases, where there is an airfare that needs to be booked and fully paid for in order to secure a special deal, we may ask for this element in full at the time of booking). The final payment will be due ten weeks before departure.

Approximately three weeks before you go we will send you all the documents  you require, including the final, fully detailed and confirmed itinerary, your air tickets and all necessary vouchers.
