Day 1 Kuala Lumpur

On arrival at the airport you will pick up you car hire and head to the Ritz Carlton, your hotel for the next 2 nights.

Day 2 – Melaka

Breakfast at the hotel, and drive through Historical Malacca Tour. A relaxing, scenic 2-hour drive south of Kuala Lumpur takes you to Malacca, the oldest trading port in Malaysia which has undergone Portuguese, Dutch and English rule. Visit Stadhuys – the Dutch Square and from there take a walk up St. Paul's Hill for a panoramic view of the Malacca Straits and the old town of Bandar Hilir. At the top are the famous Portuguese Fort de Santiago and the ruins of St. Paul's Church, lined by 17th Century Dutch tombstones. Taking a stroll through the Antiques Row at Jonker Street. The visit to Malacca is completed with a stop at Cheng Hoon Teng, the oldest Chinese Temple in Malaysia.

Day 3 Cameron Highlands

Your day begins with a pleasant drive to Tanah Rata, one of the three districts in Cameron Highlands where there is a concentration of shops and restaurants. Begin the 1,530 m ascent at Tapah through mountain roads. Enroute, see highland scenery, waterfalls, streams and giant tree – ferns. Occasionally, there will be sightseeing oborigines out on hunting trips armed with blow-pipes and poisoned darts. Arrive Cameron Highland in the evening and spend 2 nights at the Cameron Highlands Resort.

Day 4 Cameron Highlands

This morning visit to the fruit and vegetable farms, flower garden, tea plantation and an agricultural station. The rest of the day is free, explore this resort area or simply be rejuvenated by the fresh cool air. A light sweater is recommended for evenings.

Day 5 & 6 Penang

After breakfast, begin with the drive from Cameron Highlands for Penang via the Penang Bridge, the longest in Asia. Spend the next 2 days exploring the Penang Island from quaint countryside to heritage Georgetown and other temples and eating outlets as Penang well known for its variety of food. Spend 2 nights at the Eastern & Oriental Penang.

Day 7 – Onward flight

After breakfast at your hotel drive to the airport, drop your hire car off and fly back to Kuala Lumpur or alternatively fly to Langkawi or alternative extension in Asia.
